Executes the following:

Modifies file system:
Creates the following files:
- C:\win32\svchost.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- C:\win32\svchost.exe

- 'ma####.no-ip.biz':1604
UDP:
- DNS ASK ma####.no-ip.biz
