Creates and executes the following:
- '%TEMP%\Internet .exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\Internet .exe" "Internet .exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\Internet .exe

- 'rd####15.no-ip.biz':443
UDP:
- DNS ASK rd####15.no-ip.biz
