- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] '642a73a0be7f25cb9b57b4c5a3f8d512' = '"%WINDIR%\update.exe" ..'
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'aE_Q_h_S_e_H_X_' = '%WINDIR%\a1_X_h__w_.exe'
Creates or modifies the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\642a73a0be7f25cb9b57b4c5a3f8d512.exe
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\aU_D_5_v_6_d_u_t_.exe
Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%WINDIR%\update.exe' = '%WINDIR%\update.exe:*:Enabled:update.exe'
Creates and executes the following:
- '%WINDIR%\update.exe'
- '%TEMP%\350.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%WINDIR%\update.exe" "update.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- C:\aU_D_5_v_6_d_u_t_.exe
- C:\autorun.inf
- %WINDIR%\update.exe
- %TEMP%\350.exe
- %WINDIR%\a1_X_h__w_.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\aU_D_5_v_6_d_u_t_.exe
- C:\autorun.inf
- C:\aU_D_5_v_6_d_u_t_.exe
Deletes the following files:
- %WINDIR%\a1_X_h__w_.exe
