Technical Information
To ensure autorun and distribution:
Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'SYS5' = '<SYSTEM32>\csrse3.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'SYS4' = '<SYSTEM32>\krnlnod32.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Msmsgs' = '<SYSTEM32>\Msmsgs.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'SYS1' = '<SYSTEM32>\csrse.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'SYS2' = '<SYSTEM32>\csrse1.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'SYS3' = '<SYSTEM32>\csrse2.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\DJ[A]Srilanka.exe
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:

- <SYSTEM32>\csrse2.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\csrse3.exe
- %WINDIR%\autorun.inf
- <SYSTEM32>\Msmsgs.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\csrse.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\csrse2.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\csrse1.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\Msmsgs.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\csrse3.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- %WINDIR%\autorun.inf
- <SYSTEM32>\csrse.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\DJ[A]Srilanka.exe
Deletes the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
